In the now distant 1993, the first real estate agency in central Pomoravlje was established in Jagodina. The agency was registered under the business name „Heroldo“ (messenger). Despite the wartime and economic events in the country and the region, the need for a new and until then completely unknown activity of a real estate agency was recognized. Learning as we went, often from our own mistakes, we managed to record business successes year after year and continuously set the highest standards for ourselves. Today, after nearly three decades of work and two generations involved in the business, proud of all that is behind us, of what we are now, we excitedly embrace what we will become.

In 2012, at the Association for Trade of the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia, one of the largest groups was established - the Group of Intermediaries in Real Estate Transactions. That same year, we became a full member. This was followed by joining the association "Real Estate Cluster," formed under the program of the Government of the Republic of Serbia “Strengthening Competitiveness in the Services Sector” at the initiative of the Ministry of Trade and Services. The founder and proud representative of “Heroldo Nekretnina”, Janković Radosav, was elected to the position of member of the Presidency of the Group, and then to the position of president of the Assembly of the association “Real Estate Cluster”. We proudly highlight our membership in the National Association of Realtors based in Chicago - USA, and it is particularly important to note that the first woman in Serbia to receive the Realtor designation is the current director of “Heroldo Nekretnina”, Ristić Milena.

In November 2013, with the adoption of the Law on Mediation in Real Estate Transactions and Rentals (Official Gazette of RS, No. 95/2013), a new phase began in the operations of all intermediaries in the real estate market. This Law stipulates the obligation to pass a professional exam for all agents and register in the Register of Intermediaries in Real Estate Transactions at the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications of the Republic of Serbia. In accordance with the adopted Law, we conducted training for the professional exam and registered all employed agents in the Register of Intermediaries in Real Estate Transactions. At the end of 2014, after more than 20 successful years of operation, the Real Estate Agency “Heroldo” changed its legal form and registered as a company “Heroldo Nekretnine” d.o.o. based in Jagodina, with branches in Ćuprija and Paraćin and franchising operations in Vranje.

Since its establishment, the agency has aimed to provide the highest quality services to its clients with full support and assistance from finding the right property to transferring ownership and moving in.
